This program, for me, was about getting back on track. However, along the way, staying committed to it taught me about all the very subtle ways I had been sabotaging myself. The Detox taught me how to fuel my body in a way that lets me push its boundaries. It started as weight loss, but the knowledge I gained along the way was life changing. Consistency, paired with knowledge, brings results. The Detox gave me the tools, I wielded the results!
